Our Advisory Council is made up of the Executive Committee of the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce. Each member brings a unique perspective to the committee, expanding our reach into the businesses in the Kerrville area. Their support and guidance allow us to create a positive impact on the direction and sustainability of our local business community.

Chairman: Trevor Hyde

Trevor Hyde is the former Chairman of the Board, Kerrville Area and current President of Comanche Trace in Kerrville, TX. He is responsible for projects encompassing over 5,000 real estate development lots as well as eight golf course development projects.

Chairman-Elect: Joe Herring, Jr.

Joe Herring, Jr. is General Manager of his family printing business, Herring Printing Company. He has served on the Kerrville City Council, Kerrville Public Utility Board and served as Mayor of the City of Kerrville where he was instrumental in city projects.

First Vice Chairman: Bob Waller

Bob Waller is the Senior V.P. and Market Manager for Broadway Banks’ Market Center in Kerrville. He has thirty years of banking and investment experience, primarily in Dallas, Austin and Kerrville. Waller is active in serving the Kerr County community.

Vice Chairman: Dave Vinyard

Dave Vinyard is President of Briscoe Hall, Inc.

and an avid Harley rider.

Treasurer: Brenda Beaty

Brenda Beaty is a Certified Public Accountant with the accounting firm Pressler, Thompson & Company, P.C. She has served on numerous nonprofit boards in the community and with the 2009-2010 fiscal year, she will be serving her 10th year as Treasurer.

Vice Chairman: Mark Tuschak

Mark Tuschak has been Vice President for Advancement and Public Affairs at Schreiner University since April 2002. His 24 years of fund raising and Advancement experience includes work at other universities and for the American Cancer Society.
